Who I am:
Hello, I'm Courtney! I’m a proud alum of The Ohio State University’s Fisher College of Business, where I earned my degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Marketing AND I’m an active + full-time OH Realtor! Alongside my degree, I finished courses to acquire my OH real estate license in the Spring of 2024!

When I'm not working in the city, you can find me relaxing in the country. Growing up, I always lived a sort of double life; I went to school in Ontario, OH, which is a medium sized community, but then escaped to my grandfather's farm on the weekends. I would go camping, fishing, ride four-wheelers, build fires, and learn about farming while there. Even now, as an adult, riding my four-wheeler is therapeutic; it is as if all the stress & pressure from the past few weeks dissipates at the smell of exhaust mixed with fresh mud. I can feel the tenseness in my muscles loosen, my brain becomes silent, my heart skips a beat, and life is good as I look out over the fields seeing the ghost of what used to be; I realign myself. Once recharged, I return to the rigorous demands of my city life, ready to take on new challenges. This dual life has taught me how to adapt to many different environments & always be ready to try something new. Also, it has taught me to have big dreams & chase after them, but to never forget the small town values instilled in me. Such values include working hard for what I want instead of believing I am entitled to success, staying humble & kind, making valuable time for family and friends, enjoying the little things, and helping someone out when they need it.

Why Real Estate?
I'm an outgoing & personable individual who has always had a passion for residential real estate starting from a young age! It all started when I was in elementary school; my parents were considering moving for job relocation & I don't know how many properties we toured, but it was never a unique blend of both of them. They wanted a “contained" home near the city with land & mature trees. Because the agents were stuck, I thought that I could help because I was the perfect blend of them; city and country. That's when the fire in my heart was ignited & has been ever since!

This career path allows me to work in a fast-paced environment with many challenging aspects & moving parts, create my day-to-day schedule & be an entrepreneur to a certain extent, hear people’s life stories & foster long-lasting friendships even after closing, bring a smile to my new friends’ faces when they realize their dream of homeownership is possible, & use my business and marketing degree to help me turn “house” into “home.”
